" Amazing experience! I was traveling from Taiwan with my girlfriend. The entire process from booking the car, making the payment, all the way to picking up and droping off the car were all a breeze. The car was delivered to us at the airport (very punctual I'd like to stress on this). No hidden fees no small scratches bs and complete hassle free. The customer service on What's App was super kind and helpful, and always quick to respond. Unfortunately I don't know who supported me behind the screen, but special thanks to them for always being there and providing assistance to us. Another special shout out to Alif. He managed the entire pick-up and drop-off process for us. Super kind and professional guy who gave us very detailed and clear instructions, which we really appreciate it being a first-timer on the island. The car was in a perfect condition, practically a new car. All in all, it was one of the best experience I had with car rental companies, and the price is very reasonable as well.
