" Firstly, the customer service and the response time from before the trip to after the trip was very efficient and I didn’t have anything to worry at all. Coming out from the airport, you just need to go straight to Gate 3 and there will be people there to assist you. Secondly, the car condition is amazing. The staff will clean the car and made sure that it’s without an issue when you get the car. When returning the car, you just need to make sure the fuel tank is full. Everything has been amazing and it made our trip a lot better because of the service of everyone at LangkawiBook. "
