Found out about langkawibook from Google and was impressed by the awesome reviews it had. Booked a Toyota Sienta but the car broke down before i came so i had a free upgrade to a Serena, awesome! The handover and takeover of the car with Mohammad Syafaris was seamless and hassle-free. He was polite and efficient and i can't ask for a better experience!
