We ordered for Urvan and on the day of our arrival we were shocked to be informed our van is overheated and the staff Fareez n Shahrile offered us an immediate upgrade to Starex with no additional cost. On top of that we were even offered to carry our luggages to our homestay n back on the last day. We were aesthetic as this is definitely first class service n beyond our expectation of a rental company. Starex is new and super comfortable, aircond super cold, everything is tip top condition. All 12members of family were super satisfied. Highly recommended langkawibook for car rental. It is not a 5star service, it is 6stars definitely. "
