Video footage taken on phone by both parties to confirm any pre-existing damage to car (which there wasn’t, it was pretty new and in good condition). Picked up exactly on time from my resort, again with WhatsApp communication to confirm details in the hour before, and easy return, with no rip-off attempts or false claims of damage that I’ve experienced in the past with car hire firms.
