We ordered for Urvan and on the day of our arrival we were shocked to be informed our van is overheated and the staff Fareez n Shahrile offered us an immediate upgrade to Starex with no additional cost. On top of that we were even offered to carry our luggages to our homestay n back on the last day. We were aesthetic as this is definitely first class service n beyond our expectation of a rental company. Starex is new and super comfortable, aircond super cold, everything is tip top condition.
