" The agent drove our selected model to Door 3 of the airport. I took a video of the exterior of the car and a photo of the fuel level, which was 1 bar less than full tank. The driver seat was torn, so I took a pic of that too. After that, we took the keys and headed off after confirming that the drop off would be at the same place. No need to sign any documents. Upon return, the guy who came was a different person. He asked why my tank was not full and I showed the photo I took. Lucky for that, he was ok that I returned level to level. Then he took the keys and drove off. Nothing signed. Easy peasy. FYI, full tank of fuel costs us RM50 at Petronas. Would recommend for good price, reasonable condition car (no smell, no dirt, no dents but with just a few scratches) and ease of borrowing and returning. "
