Muhammed Afifudin reached out to me via WhatsApp before I even arriveded with clear instructions on where to go. He even sent a video with directions to the car stand. And even whilst I had the car and I had a question (such as which parking app to use), all I had to do was reach out via WhatsApp and they got back to me very quickly. Super helpful and super clear.
