" Very pleased with the car rental services. The whole process from booking, pickup, and return were seamless with Muhammad Afifudin. Who was helpful, friendly, and always quick to reply. We were somewhat hesitant to book a car, coming from Europe having seen traffic in Kuala Lumpur and Penang plus driving on the other side of the road. But Langkawi is a great place to get used to driving on the other side with relatively calm traffic. Same goes for getting used to the car, with the exception of a few window wipes instead of signalling, you get the hang of it quickly. Will definitely use their services again upon returning to Langkawi. "

" the car was sent to us to the Jetty exit, very much to our convenience because it was a rainy day. The agent Muhammad FF also took a video for verification on our behalf - petrol level, existing scratches and etc so we did not have to do it. We ar happy with the hourly rental rate which works in our favour since we did not have full 3 days of usage. Great service and good car selection. Happy with the booking, payment and handover and return process too. "
